Los Angeles is ranked number 1. with Pittsburg, Bakersfield, California, Birmingham, Alabama, Detroit and Cleveland. Visalia, California, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and St. Louis. The air in Los Angeles can cause heart disease, lung cancer, and asthma attacks. This is pretty bad mostly for kids, senior citizens, people who exercise outdoors or work outdoors.
